Boulder Ventures Development, Inc., (BVD) is a privately held real estate development company with a focus on mixed-use and transit-oriented properties primarily in the Western United States. Boulder Ventures Development, Inc has an integrated team of experts who specialize in every aspect of the real estate investment business including deal sourcing, sue diligence, entitlement, site planning, design, construction management, property management, asset management, acquisitions, and dispositions. We work together to ensure that there is a master plan for each project that provides the needs of each homeowner, community, and city. Boulder Ventures Development, Inc. has acquired, entitled, and developed millions of square feet of mixed-use developments since the turn of the millennium and continues to develop several assets in Utah and beyond.

Boulder Ventures Development, Inc. has been at the forefront of securing prime development opportunities along Utah’s expanding transit corridors. Our vision and expertise have led to several successful transit-oriented developments (TODs), redefining connectivity and urban growth.

Featured acquisition: Vista Station

Pivotal to our transit-oriented development successes is Vista Station – One of the largest and most distinguished TODs along the FrontRunner line. 

147 acres of undeveloped land, acquired with no infrastructure, ingress, or egress

Developed critical infrastructure, including a vehicular bridge under an existing rail line for highway access

Facilitated the creation of the Draper FrontRunner Station stop, which opened in 2012

Approved for a Community Development Agreement with a potential $198 million in property tax incremental proceeds over 20 years

Now, we continue to invest in the future

Boulder Ventures Development, Inc. continues to acquire other sites along the TRAX and Streetcar Line for redevelopment and new construction. BVD is also constructing several phases of its TOD site in West Jordan, Utah, along with other residential and commercial sites.

In addition to developments, BVD is actively looking to grow their portfolio through acquisitions of existing multifamily and retail properties in growing markets.
