A 223-acre project in Post Falls, ID. The Pointe was acquired and entitled as Power/Lifestyle Center with Cabela’s as the first anchor tenant in 2007. The developer worked with Idaho State Legislation to adopt a tax incentive (STAR), which reimbursed $35 MM of costs for a new highway interchange directly into the development. The interchange opened in 2012 and the second anchor tenant, Super Walmart, opened in 2011. The remainder of the plan includes additional anchor tenants, hotels, restaurants, mid-box retailers, and a residential Community.
