Jeffrey Vitek-Founder, President, & CEO

Jeffrey Vitek is the Founder, President, & CEO of Boulder Ventures Development, Inc., bringing over 30 years of experience in mixed-use and transit-oriented real estate development. He oversees the full scope of the company’s operations, from acquisitions and entitlements to strategic partnerships and execution, driving Boulder Ventures’ growth and long-term vision.

Throughout his career, Jeff has led the development of high-impact projects across the Western United States, working with top architects, engineers, and builders. His expertise in navigating public-private partnerships, complex land negotiations, and financing strategies has resulted in lasting developments that continue to shape communities—particularly along Utah’s Wasatch Front.

Before founding Boulder Ventures Development, Inc., Jeff served as President and Partner at FourSquare Properties, where he played a key role in the development of Jordan Landing, Salt Lake County’s first open-air lifestyle shopping center. He was also a preferred developer for national retailers like Cabela’s, leading multi-state acquisitions and development projects.

Jeff began his career at CBRE in San Diego, where he built one of the most successful retail brokerage teams in the Western U.S. In recognition of his contributions to the industry, he received the Key to the City of Las Vegas in 2008. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCLA.

Giano Titolo–Vice President of Assets and Operations

As Vice President of Assets and Operations, Giano brings a dynamic
blend of experience from the tech and engineering sectors to the world of
real estate development.

Throughout his career, he has worked extensively in the development
environments of high-tech facilities, including data centers, semiconductor
fabs, consumer electronics manufacturing sites, and building automation
systems. This experience allows him to merge technical precision with
strategic execution to enhance efficiency and innovation at BVD.

Before entering real estate, Giano led global sales, marketing, and
engineering teams, crafting impactful strategies in fiercely competitive
markets and driving business growth on an international scale.

At BVD, Giano optimizes operations and asset strategy, focusing on Salt
Lake City and nationwide expansion, advancing the firm’s mission to
deliver high-quality, community-driven developments.

Reg Vitek - Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Reg Vitek joined Boulder Ventures Development, Inc. as General Counsel after many years as a senior partner in the San Diego law firm of Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek, from which he retired as Chairman of the Firm.

He has been listed since 1995 in The Best Lawyers in America and was listed in Super Lawyers as one of San Diego’s top 50 lawyers from 2007 through 2019 – his final year of practice in San Diego — and as one of San Diego’s top 10 lawyers for 2009-2010. 

He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, an invitation only organization limited to the top one percent of the total lawyer population of any state or province. Fellowship in the College comes only after an intensive investigation to confirm that a candidate is a truly outstanding trial lawyer who demonstrates the highest degree of professionalism, ethics and civility. Fellows must have been active in trial practice for at least 15 years, and be recognized as being among the very best trial lawyers in their state or province by the judges they practice before and the lawyers they try cases against.

Joni Linton-Manager of Transactions

Joni is the Manager of Transactions in Real Estate Development, bringing over six years of experience in overseeing complex property transactions and supporting strategic development initiatives. Known for her precision, professionalism, and strong industry knowledge, Joni plays a key role in driving successful real estate projects and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Omar Boudiaf-Acquisitions and Development Associate

Omar leads acquisition efforts for Boulder Ventures Development, Inc. He also plays a key role in building and maintaining financial models to identify high-potential investment opportunities and support asset management strategies.

Kristin Bekins-Controller

Kristin oversees the company’s financial reporting and ensures that all records are accurate, timely, and reliable. She plays a key role in managing communications with lenders and partners, delivering consistent and prompt financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Kelly Weston-Executive Assistant

Kelly serves as the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO, managing a fast-paced calendar and ensuring that meetings, projects, and priorities stay on track. With exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, she plays a vital role in keeping executive operations running smoothly.

Michelle Hope-Accountant

Michelle brings nearly two decades of accounting experience to the team, handling financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations with precision and consistency. She plays a key role in keeping the company’s financial operations running smoothly.

Sammy Hodgson-Office Assistant

Sammy is the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through the door, providing receptionist support and day-to-day administrative assistance to keep the office running efficiently.
