2100 Sugarhouse is the first phase of a mixed use development located in the Sugarhouse District of Salt Lake City, Utah. 2100 Sugarhouse is an adaptive re-use of a former 1905 brick furniture showroom and warehouse building. Boulder Ventures Development, Inc. acquired the site in late 2011 and anchor retailer, Flatbread Neapolitan Pizzeria, opened in January 2013. The first phase provides street level retail and two levels of professional offices. Retail tenants also include The Habit Burger Grill, Pho Thin, Chronic Tacos, along with several other sit down and quick service restaurants. Coming Soon Rockwell Ice cream and Tokyo Teriyaki.
