2100 Sugarhouse
2100 Sugarhouse is the first phase of a mixed-use development located in the Sugarhouse District of Salt Lake City, Utah. 2100 Sugarhouse is an adaptive re-use of a former 1905 brick furniture showroom and warehouse building. Located 10 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, the Sugarhouse District is one of the City’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Rated as one of the top ten neighborhoods in the nation, Sugarhouse boasts one of the highest income demographics in Salt Lake. 2100 Sugarhouse is located at the terminus of the Sugarhouse Streetcar Line which connects to the 2100 TRAX Station.
Boulder Ventures Development, Inc. acquired the site in late 2011 and anchor retailer, Flatbread Neapolitan Pizzeria, opened in January 2013. The first phase provides street level retail and two levels of professional offices. Retail tenants also include The Habit Burger Grill, Pho Thin, Hopkins Brewery, along with several other sit down and quick service restaurants.
