The Bellevue Center is a 100-acre mixed-use redevelopment project located in Nashville, TN acquired in 2007. The redevelopment concept is centered on a hybrid of Lifestyle Shopping with components that reflect today’s shopping desires in western Nashville. Included is an upscale multi-level retail center, along with an interactive central town square and tree-lined main street shopping. A high-density residential component added to future phases will assist in the establishment of land-use intensities and critical mass that will ultimately sustain the Town Center concept. The first Tax Increment Finance District (TIF) in the State of Tennessee was established by Jeffrey Vitek and team to provide $10M to be used for the redevelopment of the property.
