Featured Master-Planned Community Mixed-Use Multi-Family Transit-Oriented Development

Vista Station is a 147-acre master-planned, transit-oriented development in Draper, Utah, acquired by Boulder Ventures Development, Inc. in 2009. Located near a UTA FrontRunner station and between I-15 and Bangerter Highway, it offers unmatched accessibility across the Wasatch Front, with a 30-minute commute to both Provo and Downtown Salt Lake via FrontRunner. The approved plan included 1.8 million square feet of office space and 1,900 multifamily units. Infrastructure construction began in 2011, alongside UTA’s station platform. eBay selected the site for its Utah campus, acquired 36 acres, and opened its first phase in May 2013. The project also secured a Community Development Agreement with potential property tax benefits of $198 million over 20 years. Vista Station became a thriving hub in Utah’s “Silicon Slopes,” with 1.3 million square feet of office space and 1,038 residential units developed, leaving room for additional growth.
