Boulder Ventures Development was selected as the preferred developer by a regional area developer for Ashley Furniture’s expansion into Utah. The team was directly responsible for the acquisition and renovation of the Volker Building in Salt Lake City, UT along with the location selected in Layton, UT. The Volker Building location was subsequently sold to Ashley Furniture corporate. Boulder Ventures went on to acquire and develop two other Ashley Furniture stores in Layton, Utah and other location.
